I'm Back + What's to Come

I was busy all last week moving, but I'm finally done (for the most part) and now I can get back to reading and visiting blogs.

Coming up this week is my review for Angels' Blood, the first book in Nalini Singh's new Guild Hunter series. Great story and I'm looking forward to the next one. Following that will be a review for Rachel Caine's Undone. And to round out the week, a review for The Kingmaking and an accompanying interview with author, Helen Hollick, will be going up. I loved this book and can't wait to post the review for it.

So, that is what is to come in the next couple of days. Hope to see you here.

  1. Hey Brie! Good to have you back.

Moving is when you find out how much crap you really have. lol We got lucky when dh was in the navy and didn't have too move much. Are you still in Hawaii?

  2. Hi Holly, it's good to be back.

Leslie- I threw away so much stuff and gave whatever I could give away. Yes, we're still in Hawaii. We moved by choice into a new complex. The Navy housing in Hawaii is privatised now and they have built some really nice homes. We were in one of the old places and wanted to upgrade. I'm glad I did, but moving was such a pain.

I didn't know that your dh was in the Navy. Where were you all stationed?

  3. Brie - we were stationed in Norfolk, Charleston and San Diego with San Diego being my fav. Loved it there but very expensive.

  4. So glad you're back Brie!!! How have you been?!?! You moved house? Cool (but lot of work I bet :P)!

Can't wait to read your review of Angel's Blood!!

  5. Glad you've gotten settled...moving sucks! lol

I can't wait to see your review for Angel's Blood!!

  6. Leslie - I've heard good things about San Diego. I love Hawaii, it's expensive here, too. We've been here for three years now and will probably be here for another three since the navy isn't shipping families across the seas right now.

Hi Nath! I've been good. :)

Hi Tracy, I hate moving, but I love my new place

Angels' Blood was really good. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did.
